No Refunds. Special orders, floor samples, sale goods, vintage items and C.O.M. orders are final sales. Nest reserves the right to levy a restocking charge on all furniture orders when appropriate.

 

Store credits and gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue. Lost and/or stolen store credits cannot be replaced.

 

Nest requires a minimum deposit of 50% on all furniture orders when the order is placed and the balance in full when the merchandise is ready to be delivered. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Nest reserves the right to make split deliveries on multi-item orders and levy storage fees on completed orders left over 14 days.

 

Lead times are estimates only and are based on our past experience with the particular craftsman or manufacturer. Nest is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, material shortages or manufacturing problems.

 

Nest is not responsible for goods lost or damaged by common carriers. Please inspect your goods before accepting delivery and communicate directly with the carrier concerning any claims.

 

Nest guarantees your furniture against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of delivery. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear from everyday use nor damage caused in a move.

 

Stone, marble and wood are products of nature and contain variations in grain, texture, and color which are normal. Our floor samples are chosen to best represent what we will actually deliver subject to these, natural variations.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that furniture items purchased will fit into the room intended. A delivery survey may be arranged for a nominal fee if the space is questionable. Nest normal local delivery fee includes carriage up one flight of stairs.
Nest delivers purchases for a delivery fee within 60 miles of the store. Delivery outside this area is by common carrier for a fee determined by quotation. All fees related to long distance deliveries including freight, packaging, duty, brokerage, and insurance are the customer’s responsibility.
Furniture is blanket-wrapped for home delivery. Furniture orders may be picked up at our warehouse Monday - Friday with 24 hour notice. Please bring your own protective packaging. Nest reserves the right to levy a service charge for extra - ordinary packaging requests.
Delivery fees are not refundable.
